The Partnership That Raised the Bar
One of the standout reasons behind the win was our long-standing partnership with Southampton Freight Services (SFS) – a family-owned logistics company we’ve supported for 18 years (longer than Streetwise HR has even existed!)
Over the years, we’ve become fully embedded in the SFS world. We’re not just their HR support - we are their HR function, from boardroom discussions to day-to-day people conversations.
During the last 18 months alone, we’ve helped SFS navigate a huge period of change, including:
Integrating an acquisition
Embedding wellbeing into everyday culture
Handling sensitive and complex people issues
Overhauling the recruitment process
Building leadership capability across the organisation

Where We Started and Who We Are Today
Streetwise HR began in a spare room with a notebook, a pen, and the vision of our Founder, Debbie Cohen. What started as a solo venture in 2012 has grown into a team of bold, brilliant HR Gurus (plus a handful of superstar freelancers who feel like our own).
Thirteen years later, we’re supporting businesses across the South Coast and beyond - always with the same ethos we started with:
